The Stables Kitchen & Beer Garden, 160 Park Rd. Chester Springs, Follow-up, June 13. Pass. Supply QT 10 test kits for use at the Bar and Kitchen. QT 40 test kits were on site but are not the correct ones to use. Correct within 3 days. 2nd Floor Kitchen One non working light fixture remains above the dish washing area. Repair within 7 days. The filters in the 1st Floor Kitchen and 2nd Floor Prep Kitchen are scheduled to be cleaned next Wednesday 6/18/25. The wash solution temperature in the mechanical dish washer sanitizing with chemicals was 116 degrees F rather than at least 120 degrees F. An additional water heater is needed to supply hot water to this machine. Please submit specification sheets of your dishwasher and submit specification sheets of the proposed water heater for review and approval before any installations occur. Submit within 7 days. The installation must occur within 30 days. BAR The two (2) Dutch Windows and the two (2) Stable Doors which open up to the patio area outside and are unscreened, do not protect against the entry of insects, rodents, and other animals. You must either provide screening or air curtains to each of these openings by 9/4/25. Please submit what you plan to use for review and approval within 30 days.

Singas Pizza, 288 Lancaster Ave. Malvern, June 12. Pass. Facility could not locate thermometer for ensuring proper food temperatures during inspection. Facility must have thermometer available at all times. Observed marinara sauce stored in an opened can in the walk-in fridge. Cans are prone to rusting after being opened. Food must be stored in kitchen grade storage containers. Observed cooked sausages (a time/temperature controlled ready-to-eat food) without a date mark in the walk-in fridge. These foods must follow 1-week date marking guidelines to prevent potential pathogen growth. Observed 2 chemical spray bottles without labels of the chemical inside. These bottles were labeled during inspection to prevent potential contamination. Observed a container of ice cream scoops in the hand sink next to the pizza oven. Hand sinks must be used for handwashing purposes only. Scoop container was removed.
Tellboone Group LLC T/A Northbrook Marketplace, 1805 Unionville Wawaset Rd. West Chester, June 12. Fail. Packaged, prepared foods in grab and go cases did not have ingredient labels. This includes pudding cups in bakery. Supply ingredient labels. Half and half creamer was not properly stored in ice. Temp was 50 degrees F. Ensure all dairy containers at the coffee station are buried in the ice and maintained at 41 degrees F or less. Half and half was returned to the walk in to cool. Outdoor walk in freezer: water from fans had dripped onto rack of food under fans. Large accumulation of ice on trays and food. Discard this rack of food. Repair freezer and do not store anything under this area until it is repaired. To go containers being used as scoops in dry ingredients in the upstairs kitchen. Use scoops with handles.
