US-based real estate investment and development company Voyage Capital Group has finalised a financing deal for the AC Hotel by Marriott at Denver Gateway Park, with the property anticipated to open in late 2026.
Provided by Peachtree Group, the financing includes a combination of senior debt and Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE) to facilitate the hotel’s development.
The forthcoming AC Hotel will be a 146-key, seven-storey establishment covering around 75,000ft².
Part of Marriott International’s lifestyle portfolio, this development is currently under construction, with Dallas-based Accurate Builders as the general contractor.
Voyage Capital Group president and CEO Jai Desai said: “This was a highly complex project with many moving parts, but we were able to bring it to fruition thanks to the exceptional team at Peachtree Group.
“Their expertise and commitment were instrumental in getting this deal across the finish line. A special thank you to Michael Harper and Peter Laack — we look forward to many more successful transactions together in the future.”
The new property at Denver Gateway Park is poised to become a feature of the city’s local hospitality scene, catering to the needs of both business and leisure travellers in a growing area of the city.
This development follows the recent opening of the AC Hotel Pasadena in California, which has already begun welcoming guests seeking a new European-inspired destination.
