
CLEVELAND, Ohio – Buildings and Food restaurant group is holding its second annual block party inside the Taste of Tremont.
The block party is set for 2 to 8 p.m. Sunday, July 20, with live music, DJs, food and drink. The restaurant group aims to raise $30,000 for the Greater Cleveland Food Bank.

Wesley Bright and the Honeytones (and an expanded horn section) will come out of retirement to headline the event. DJs NicNacc and Dom Rambo will spin dance music, and DJ Terkalerk will MC.
All of Buildings and Food’s brands will be represented:
• Prosperity Social Club will serve Eastern European fare
• Good Company will grill burgers
• Old 86 will pour beer and seltzers
• La Cave du Vin will offer wine
• Spotted Owl will have cocktails
• Peristyle Coffee will pour cold coffee drinks (with and without alcohol)
The party will include raffles, giveaways, balloon art and more.
The block party will be in the parking lot of Cleveland Public Library’s Jefferson Avenue branch at 850 Jefferson Ave., Cleveland. Taste of Tremont takes place along Professor Avenue.
Buildings and Food is asking for a $40 donation to the food bank to attend the party, with 100% of sales proceeds from food and drinks supporting the non-profit. All-inclusive wristbands can be purchased for $150 via buildings-food.com/blockparty.
A VIP wristband will include access to a roped-off tent, exclusive food by Good Company chef Ryan Williams and wine selections curated by wine director Sean Cathcart. VIP guests will have a prime view of the stage, organizers said.
Last year, the block party raised $29,400.
