Chick-fil-A wins title of highest-rated fast-food restaurant: See the full list

Consumers have many options when it comes to fast-food restaurants, which offer the convenience of purchasing a quick meal without having to step out of your car. 

One of the traits that can distinguish fast-food restaurants from others besides the quality of the food is customer satisfaction, and a new report from the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ASCI), takes a closer look at how these eateries compare in this category.

Chick-fil-A earned the highest customer satisfaction score, at 83 (on a scale of 100) and ranked highest among the chicken-themed fast-food restaurants. The Georgia-based fast-food titan has held the top spot for customer satisfaction among quick-service restaurants for 11 years in a row.

The American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) Restaurant and Food Delivery Study 2025 report ranks quick-service restaurants (fast food restaurants), full-service restaurants, and food delivery on their customer satisfaction based on a 100-point scale.

According to the ACSI report, quick-service restaurants had a customer satisfaction score of 79, while full-service restaurants had a score of 82, which is still one of the highest-rated industries in the report.
