Feeding Laramie Valley Starts Free Lunches For Kids On Tuesday

Feeding Laramie Valley will once again be offering free meals for kids 0-18 starting on Tuesday, June 17th.

That’s according to a news release from Feeding Laramie Valley. It says adults accompanying children can eat for a suggested donation of $3.00. The release says the meals will be available form June 17 and will continue through August 15 from 11:30 – 1:00.

Where Will The Meals Happen?

The meals will be offered at Feeding Laramie Valley’s building in LaBonte Park at 968 N. 9th Street. There will be, indoor seating, picnic tables, picnics on the porch, in the park or near the playground make for vacation-like setting options to enjoy lunch.

Besides the meals, games, crafts and special activities will be offered. There will also be chances to learn about gardening and participate in group art projects.

The release goes on to say “Special dietary needs are accommodated whenever possible – just let us know your needs. There is no income requirement or registration – just show up! All children 18 and under are welcome. Kids Out to Lunch welcomes all children and their accompanying parent, caregiver or guardian.”
