Today is Friday the 13th, and Chipotle and Krispy Kreme are offering free food and discounts to brighten the day.

If you’re superstitious or think today is unlucky, good news. This is the only one in 2025!

But if you’re feeling lucky, some fast food deals and discounts might make your day brighter. Some are today only, but many brands offer free French fries on Fridays. Act fast to get your freebies.

But if you spill any salt, maybe throw it over your left shoulder? Just to be safe.

Get free food at Chipotle if you have a tattoo

There’s a trend of tattoo parlors offering deals on Friday the 13th. Chipotle is capitalizing on memes about being “tatted like a Chipotle bag.”

Restaurants across the U.S. will offer a buy-one-get-one deal from 3-4 p.m. Friday, June 13 for all fans who are “tatted like a Chipotle bag.”

The chain says it can be permanent ink, a temporary tattoo or drawn-on art.

Krispy Kreme wants you to have a lucky Friday the 13th

Krispy Kreme is offering a glazed dozen for 13 cents today with the purchase of any dozen.

Free fry Fridays

Some fast food chains do free fries on Fridays, according to the Krazy Coupon Lady. Check out apps and reward programs for more information.

• Burger King: Any size free with an in-app purchase of $1 or more.
• Carl’s Jr.: Rewards members can get any size of natural or waffle-cut fries with any purchase.
• Jack in the Box: Jack Pack members can get any size of fries with an in-app purchase.
• McDonald’s: Free medium fry with an in-app purchase of $1 or more.
• Wendy’s: Free fry of any size with an app or in-store purchase.
