Time Finance has appointed Paul Rice as Business Development Manager within its Invoice Finance team, according to a press release.
The company said the appointment reinforces its commitment to supporting small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across London and the South East.

In his new role, Rice will be responsible for growing the company’s network of introducers in the region, as the independent lender aims to build on its current support for more than 11,000 UK businesses.
Bringing over 25 years of experience in financial services, Rice has held senior roles at Aldermore, Bibby Financial Services and RBS Invoice Finance. With a strong track record in Invoice Finance and Asset Based Lending, his appointment is seen as a strategic move to further enhance Time Finance’s offering.
“Helping business owners achieve their goals is what I love most about this job,” said Rice. “Time Finance has a great reputation, a good appetite for credit, and a strong suite of products. I’m excited to introduce more businesses to the funding solutions that can help them grow.”
The appointment comes as part of Time Finance’s broader business growth strategy. It follows the recent hiring of Terry Wolfendale as Head of Sales and Danielle Lynch as Relationship Manager, both within the Invoice Finance team.
Welcoming Rice to the team, Wolfendale said: “Having worked with Paul before, I’ve seen firsthand the experience and energy he brings. His industry knowledge and genuine drive to support business growth will be a real asset as we strengthen our presence across the South East.”
