Oregon’s first Jollibee location has opened: Here’s where and what’s on the menu

Popular fast food chain Jollibee has opened its first Oregon location at 10875 NE Cornell Road in Hillsboro.

The Filipino chain, whose U.S. operations are based in West Covina just east of Los Angeles, opened two stores in New Jersey earlier this year.

“The Portland metro area has a vibrant food scene that embraces international flavors, so we can’t wait to introduce our joyfully unique dining experience to the area’s residents and visitors, especially those seeking new and exciting culinary experiences,” Maribeth Dela Cruz, Business Group Head, Honeybee Foods Corporation dba Jollibee, said in a news release.

Menu items include fried chicken, chicken sandwiches and tenders, as well as Jolly spaghetti, Palabok Fiesta, Burger Steak and more.

Jollibee was named the best fast food fried chicken purveyor in 2024 by USA Today 10Best.

Jollibee expanding on both coasts

In an email to USA TODAY, the company said it expects further openings in:

• Downtown San Francisco
• Grand Central Terminal, New York City
• Queens, New York
• Oxnard, California
• Stockton, California
• Elk Grove, California

The company could not confirm the timing for the openings.
