Northport/Tuscaloosa Parents: Great Opportunity for Kids

Kids can play, learn to prevent injuries, and even save lives.

The Kids Safety Fair will include games, a helmet giveaway, a selfie booth, a prize raffle, car seat education and more.

The Northport Police Department is hosting a Kids Safety Fair this Saturday June 14th at Northport City Hall from 10am-1pm. You and your kids are invited to attend.

Kids injuries peak in the summer months. More time outside can lead to injuries. Statistics show parents take kids to Urgent Care facilities and the Emergency Room more often during summer months. Playground equipment is the biggest risk for kids under four. Football and exercise equipment are the biggest risks to teens fifteen and older.
