Manassas City Public Schools is participating in the Summer Food Service Program. Meals will be provided to all children without charge and are the same for all children regardless of race, color, national origin, sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), disability, or age, and there will be no discrimination in the course of the meal service. Meals will be provided, on a first-come, first-served basis, at the sites and times as follows:
Baldwin Elementary School – 1978 Eagle Way, Manassas.
- June 23 to July 10, 2025 (Monday to Thursday).
- Breakfast: 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
Jennie Dean Elementary School – 9601 Prince William Street, Manassas
- June 23 to July 10, 2025 (Monday to Thursday).
- Breakfast: 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
Mayfield Intermediate School – 9400 Mayfield Court, Manassas
- June 23 to July 10, 2025 (Monday to Thursday).
- Breakfast: 8:45 to 9:15 a.m.
- Lunch: 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.
Osbourn High School – 1977 Eagle Way, Manassas
- June 16 to July 24, 2025 (Monday to Thursday).
- No service on June 19.
- Breakfast: 9 to 9:30 a.m.
- Lunch: 1:151o 1:45 p.m.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
