High On Life 2 has been announced for Xbox, PC and PS5

High on Life 2 has been announced during the Xbox Games Showcase.

The first trailer for the game, which was shown during Xbox [9,904 articles]” href=”https://www.videogameschronicle.com/platforms/xbox/”>Xbox‘s Games Showcase, showcases new weapons that were not featured in the original game.

High On Life 2 will be released this winter on Xbox Series, PC, and PlayStation 5 [7,821 articles]” href=”https://www.videogameschronicle.com/platforms/playstation/ps5/”>PS5.

The first High on Life received a distinctly mixed critical reception from media outlets. Currently, it has scores of 64 ( Xbox Series X | S [6,345 articles]” href=”https://www.videogameschronicle.com/platforms/xbox/seriesxs/”>Xbox Series X/S) and 68 (PC) on review aggregation site Metacritic, with credible outlets such as PC [11,140 articles]” href=”https://www.videogameschronicle.com/platforms/pc/”>PC Gamer (4/10), PCGamesN (5/10) and The Guardian (2/5) publishing negative verdicts.

Other publications such as IGN (8/10) and Gamespot (7/10) published more favourable write-ups, but still not the kind of reviews typically associated with a blockbuster title.
