Elmira Heights Fire Department shuts down street for annual car show

“Yeah, we couldn’t be more pleased. There’s cars still coming in, there’s a whole bunch of people that are here,” said Elmira Heights Fire Department Deputy Chief Jason Mitchell. “It’s the best turnout that we’ve had so far, and this is the fourth year.”
