The transfer window is open for a shortened period between 1 June and 10 June to enable transfers to be made ahead of the summer’s Club World Cup.

Crystal Palace eye £45m Sporting star
Crystal Palace are keen on signing Sporting’s Ousmane Diomande, reports the Telegraph.
The Eagles, fresh from winning the FA Cup and with a potential European campaign after qualifying for the Europa League, have targeted the Ivory Coast international.
Rated at £45m, Diamande would be an expensive acquisition but could bring quality should Marc Guehi depart, with the England international’s contract set to expire in 2026.
Wilson in talks to stay at Newcastle
Callum Wilson has entered into talks to extend his stay with Newcastle.
The striker arrived on Tyneside from Bournemouth in 2020 and has made 130 appearances for the Magpies, including 22 last season as the team lifted the Carabao Cup and secured Champions League football.
Both Wilson and goalkeeper John Ruddy are out of contract at the end of June and Newcastle confirmed that discussions have begun with the pair about their futures at the club and the possibility of new deals.
The Magpies also announced that Jamal Lewis will leave in the summer following the expiration of his contract, while Lloyd Kelly’s loan at Juventus will become permanent on June 30.
Arsenal consider Kepa Arrizabalaga move to back up David Raya
Sticking on goalkeepers, Arsenal are looking into a potential deal to sign Chelsea’s Kepa Arrizabalaga.
The Spanish goalkeeper has a £5m release clause, reports Sky Sport Italia.
Kepa spent last season on loan at Bournemouth and has one more year on his deal at Stamford Bridge.
Kepa would provide competition and cover for David Raya.
Liverpool poised to sign Hungarian youngster
Liverpool look close to striking a deal for 20-year-old goalkeeper Armin Pecsi.
The Reds would pay a fee to make Pecsi the record sale for Hungarian club Puskas Akademia.

Diaz in talks with potential suitors
Luis Diaz has revealed that his representatives are talking with other clubs.
And Diaz said he is happy at Anfield and does not want to leave – but is considering alternatives in case Liverpool do not give him the right offer for a new deal.
The former Porto winger’s contract expires in 2027, though he said he is content to stay at Anfield for the next two years.
Diaz said: “I’m very, very happy in Liverpool. From day one, they’ve made me feel really welcome. Right now we’re in contact with them because we’re speaking with [other] clubs. It’s normal, the market is open, and we’re trying to sort out what’s best for us.
“I am just waiting to see what happens. If Liverpool doesn’t make a good offer, I still have two years left with them, I would be happy and content to stay there. And that’s it, everything depends on them obviously, it’s up to me to decide what’s best for us and the future.”
Joao Palhinha considering Bayern exit
Portuguese midfielder Joao Palhinha says that he is open to leaving Bayern Munich if he fails to receive more regular first-team football. The tough-tackling former Fulham player has struggled to force his way into Vincent Kompany’s preferred side, and though he has vowed to fight for his place if he remains in the Bundesliga, a move away could be an option.
“I still have three years left on my contract here at Bayern,” he told Sky Germany. “I need to talk to the coach and sporting director about whether I’ll get my chance here. If not, then we’ll see.
“My dream is to be successful here. It was incredibly tough getting here. Nothing in life is easy. I’m proud to have landed here. There’s no reason to be angry. I’ve won a title with Bayern and hope there is more to come. I will always fight, whatever the future holds.”
Real Madrid ready to sign Argentina wonderkid
Real Madrid are approaching a deal for Argentine sensation Franco Mastantuono, reports Fabrizio Romano.
Los Blancos and the player have a total agreement on personal terms.
The final piece will be a fee for River Plate, though the clause sets the price, at $45m (£33.2m), the structure will be negotiated in the coming days.

Victor Osimhen’s free-scoring season at Galatasaray on loan will surely lead to a permanent move away from Napoli this summer – and it appears Saudi Arabia could be his destination.
