MURRIETA, CA — Calling all fathers, grandfathers and father-figures — Murrieta’s 54th annual Father’s Day Car Show will come screeching into town this weekend.
The community is invited on Saturday, June 14, to enjoy a day of food, family fun, awards, live music, and of course, rows of polished pre-1980 classic cars. There’s no entry fee, and the show is open to all ages. No dogs allowed, though.
The event runs from 2 to 8 p.m. at California Oaks Sports Park, 40600 California Oaks Rd., Murrieta.
Plus, the event is still accepting registrants. Own a classic car or specialty vehicle that you want to show off? It costs $30 to register, which can be done here. The first 300 registrants will get a free t-shirt. Day-off registration will not be accepted.
Cars can be submitted to be judged by 3:30 p.m. the day of the event.
