Rick Ross gears up for annual car show at Georgia Estate — teases new music with Pharrell

Rick Ross is hosting his annual car and bike show this Saturday at his Fayetteville estate with cars, music, food and surprise guests.

Get ready for the return of one of the most unique and star-studded events in metro Atlanta. This Saturday, June 7, hip-hop mogul Rick Ross will open the gates of his 350-acre Fayetteville estate for his annual car and bike show — a celebration of cars, culture, and community.

“It’s an amazing feeling,” Ross told 11Alive ahead of the big weekend. “It all started as a dream.”

Now in its fourth year, the event has become one of metro Atlanta’s most talked-about gatherings, known for eye-popping custom cars and celebrity appearances. Ross expects more than 8,000 attendees this year.

Ross said the event is about more than just luxury rides.

“This is a passion,” he said. “We are entrepreneurs. Let’s create something. Let’s create a partnership with the community — and that’s what we’ve done every year. We’ve invested more into it, and it’s only gotten better and better and better.

The show is open to families, car enthusiasts, and fans alike, with food, music, networking, and surprises promised throughout the day.

“I’m inviting all the families out,” Ross said. “Come, have something to eat. Look at the beautiful bikes, the cars the celebrities. It’s a great vibe.”

Ross acknowledges that in previous years, the event drew concerns from neighbors about traffic and parking. He says his team is working closely with law enforcement and city officials to ensure smoother logistics this time around.

“You only get better by doing,” he said. “There’ll be mishaps, but you keep your heart in the right place. There’s never been any violence or foolishness — and I say let’s focus on that.”

He also gave thanks to neighbors who’ve supported the event from the start.

“One time for all my neighbors who support the car show — the ones who leave letters at the gate saying they want to see this happen.”

As he preps for the event, Ross is also preparing to release new music, including a major collaboration with Pharrell.

“There’s new music on the way,” Ross said. “Me and Pharrell — we actually shut down one of the biggest bridges in Paris last month for the video. I’m dropping a new single with the visual soon.”

He’s also finishing up a new album and promoting his artist Nino Breeze, who recently hit the road with him.

This year also marks the 20th anniversary of Ross’s debut album, Port of Miami — a milestone that reminds him how far he’s come from the early days.

Ross, who splits time between Florida and Georgia, said Atlanta has always held a special place in his journey.

“When I was young, I always loved what Atlanta represented — being Black, being strong, being creative,” he said. “This was the first city I ever came to where I saw three or four recording studios on the same street. I said, ‘What is this? Oh my God.’ That’s when I knew dreams come true here.”

“I invested in Atlanta,” he added. “And Atlanta invested in me.”
