MADISON, Wis. — Get read to party at the Duck Pond later this summer. The True North Music and Food Festival is coming to Madison on Sept. 27.
The fest will feature performances from Pokey LaFarge, the People Brothers Band and others. There will also be 12 tents featuring food from local restaurants including Beef Butter BBQ, Heritage Tavern and Ahan.
Tickets go on sale Friday, June 6th, at 10 a.m. and $2 from each ticket will towards benefitting DAIS (Domestic Abuse Intervention Services) and the Dane County Food Collective.
