Free summer meals will be available for Wisconsin kids at hundreds of locations around the state this summer. According to a news release from the Department of Public Instruction, the meals are funded by the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Officials said the meals are available for all children and teens 18 and younger. The release said meal sites are located in areas where at least 50 percent or more of households with children are at or below 185 percent of the federal poverty guidelines.
