GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – Feeding America Eastern Wisconsin is kicking off its annual “Healthy Kids, Healthy Summer” campaign.
The goal is to raise money to help kids who usually get their lunches from school programs. Thousands of kids lose access to this important meal when school is out.
The three-month campaign will provide meals to children in eastern Wisconsin during that time.
The nonprofit says a $63 donation can feed a child lunch for the entire summer.
