TYLER, Texas (KLTV) – Children of all ages were able to experience different kinds of instruments as a part of New Texas Sinfonia’s “Fiddle Zoo.”
Performers showed the kids how to play a variety of instruments and allowed them to try the instruments out, too.
Other musical-themed games and activities were also available.
Some of the performers played for the children and parents in attendance to show more professional ways the instruments can be used.
Organizers say the goal of the Fiddle Zoo is to spark curiosity and maybe even help young people find a passion for music.
The event was free, and the next one will take place in August.
