WATERVILLE, Maine (WABI) – The Waterville Food Truck Park has been up and running since the beginning of May.
It brings in a rotation of four to six food vendors a day to keep it fresh on a daily basis. Located on Kennedy Memorial Drive, truck owners claim the road can see up to 15 thousand cars a day.
The park brings in food trucks from across the state like Blissful Brew Coffee. They say it’s a great opportunity to show off what they got, and the lot has become a unified group where owners want to see other trucks succeed.
“All the other food trucks have been very welcoming, it’s kind-of almost like our own little niche community where everyone’s making sure that everyone does well,” answered Blissful Brew Coffee Owner Shayla Kolarevic, joined by Andre Kolarevic. “We always give suggestions for other food trucks that come here to the customers that come to us. More people are able to try our coffee versus being in a single location. We’re able to go to different towns or different events for people to try it and also get our brand and name out there for them to see what we have to offer.“
