Bob does good things for the community by highlighting upcoming events on the Bobcast, and showing support for local charities, bands, and businesses. Bob has been a longtime supporter of our efforts at Thankful Thursday, always a big part of the evening’s festivities.

Saturday, May 31, Biker Bob is hosting the 6th Annual Horseshoe Bar and Grill Annual Bike and Car Show, Swap Meet, and Pin-up Girl Contest.

The event’s title is a dead giveaway of what will go on at the event.

Motorcycles, classic cars, hot rods, pin-up girls, and a swap meet. Pretty self-explanatory, right?

All of the contests are just $10 to enter the Motorcycle and Car Show or the Pin-up Girl contest, and they’re all people’s choice, and every vote is just $1.

Bob says that in his experience, the contestants with the most friends usually receive the most votes. So tell your friends to show up to the Horseshoe Bar &Grill on May 31.

If you’d like to participate in the swap meet, it’s $25 per booth space. In the past years, people have brought about everything to sell: car and motorcycle parts, crafts they’ve made, or anything you have lying around that people may want to buy.

The best part of the day is that the proceeds are going, in true Biker Bob fashion, to help others. Every year, Bob chooses a different organization to donate the money to benefit them. The funds will aid in a mission trip to North Carolina for the Prince of Peace Lutheran Church.
