The Storm Lake City Council on Monday approved special one-day rates for the King’s Pointe outdoor waterpark on the day of Kids Fest.
The annual Kids Fest event will be held on Sunday, June 8th from noon to 3pm. Admission to the outdoor waterpark that day will be free for those 11 years old and under, and five dollars for those 12 and older. Amy Von Bank is the King’s Pointe general manager…
The outdoor waterpark will close one hour later at 6pm on June 8th.
Council member Maggie Martinez encouraged dogs to be kept at home during Kids Fest since there were some issues with them at the event last year.
