Game developer August Håkansson showed a new piece of his upcoming atmospheric narrative puzzler Beyond The Plastic Wall, demonstrating gamepad support working on what looks like an engine or generator with an integrated slot machine.
Each part of the device is interactive, lighting up when the cursor touches it. What’s curious is how different the style seems to be compared to the game’s overall pixel art.
This, however, we have seen in Håkansson’s modular synthesizer, another ingenious idea for the puzzler.
