Looking for a lively, free, and family-friendly way to spend your summer ? The Kids Komotion Concerts in West Bloomfield are back at Marshbank Park, offering an exciting lineup of interactive music, entertainment, and activities for children and their families.
Hosted by West Bloomfield Parks and Recreation, the Kids Komotion Concerts are a series of free outdoor events designed to engage young audiences with live performances, hands-on activities, and plenty of opportunities for fun. Each concert features a different performer or group, ensuring a fresh and exciting experience for attendees.
Here’s what you can look forward to this summer:
- May 15th (5PM – 7PM): Leonardo Music
- June 12th (10AM to 12PM): The Steve & Trish Duo
- August 21st (10Am to 12PM): Rick & Dayna’s Playhouse
Each concert is packed with activities to keep children entertained:
- Free Inflatables: Bounce houses are available for children to enjoy. (Socks are required.)
- Crafts and Activities: The West Bloomfield Township Public Library will be on-site with a make-and-take craft station.
- Fairytale Character Meet & Greets: Children can meet their favorites: Superman and Superwoman (May 15th), Jasmine and Aladdin (June 12th) and Tinkerbell and Peter Pan (August 21st)
- Snacks & Refreshments: The Optimist Club of West Bloomfield will be selling snacks and refreshments, with all proceeds benefiting their work for children in the community.
