Girl Scout Troop 18825 put their community spirit and fundraising skills on display Saturday, April 26, hosting a successful car and vendor show fundraiser. The event, meticulously planned and executed by the troop members, their leaders, and a helpful local Cub Scout marked the troop’s first venture into car shows.
The Junior troop, consisting of Ryleigh Hanson, Hadlee Fricks, Maddy Conkin, and Malia Arnold, organized the event with assistance from Cub Scout Ryder Hanson. The primary goal of the fundraiser was to generate funds for their Bronze Award project: the creation and donation of a butterfly garden for Maysville City Park. This project has already received approval from the City of Maysville.
