The eighth annual Project Lifesaver International Car Show is this weekend in Hickory. The event will be held Sunday (May 4) from 1-5 p.m. at the Catawba Valley Community College (CVCC) West Wing parking lot on U.S. Highway 70 SE in Hickory. Show car & vendor registration begins at 11:30 a.m. There will be musical entertainment and food available during the event. Proceeds go to Project Lifesaver, which provides devices that help families track down loved ones who wander off with the assistance of law enforcement.
