This brilliant stadium opened in 2013, replacing the old stadium with the same name as the home of Athletic Club.
It holds 53,331 people, making it the largest stadium in Spain’s Basque Country, and is nicknamed ‘La Catedral’, which as I’m sure you can imagine, translates into English as ‘the cathedral’.
As they welcome one of the biggest clubs in the world today, expect the congregation gathered to approach its full capacity. And the choir will probably be in full voice too!
