Food truck rodeos at the Rochester Public Market have been a perennial part of summers in Rochester since 2011. The market will kick off its 2025 season on Wednesday, April 30.
The events will continue from 5 to 9 p.m. on the last Wednesday of each month through September at the market at 280 N. Union St.
Food truck rodeo musical acts
In addition to delicious food from the Rochester area’s many eateries on wheels, the events also feature live music. The musical lineup for the 2025 season will be:
- April 30: Royal Bromleys
- May 28: The Earthtones
- June 25: Folkfaces
- July 30: Cool Club & the Lipker Sisters
- August 27: Junkyard Field Trip
- September 24: Steve Grills and the Roadmasters
Rules and tips
The Rochester Public Market has limited parking and seating. Some tips:
- Carpool with friends. If you drive, the market recommends parking at its large lot on Scio Street and taking the footpath/footbridge over North Union Street.
- There’s plenty of bike parking, but you may not take your bike into the event area. Nor may you use skateboards, in-line skates or drones.
- Take folding tables and chairs, as seating is limited.
- Leave pets at home (with the exception of service animals).
- The market allows one sealed water bottle per person.
- Take a raincoat or umbrella if rain is in the forecast; the events are held rain or shine, and there are limited areas under cover.
- Shirts and shoes must be worn.
- All bags are subject to search.
