BEAUFORT, N.C. (WITN) – There are two more days to enjoy the Annual Beaufort Wine and Food Spring Festival.
A “Vin De Mer” tasting, the largest single event of the festival, starts today at 1 p.m. and will run until 4 p.m. at the Beaufort Club Lawn.
The tasting is a chance to walk from table to table to try wines and savory culinary bites made by Carteret County chefs and other visiting chefs.
The festival began Tuesday, and Sunday is the last day to enjoy events showcasing culinary talent from vendors across eastern North Carolina.
Since 2005, Beaufort Wine and Food has donated over a million dollars to local non-profits thanks to the proceeds from this festival.
