Observed cooked wings, a refrigerated, ready-to-eat, time/temperature-control-for-safety food in the main line and walk-in area, was date-marked by the facility but was beyond the seven-day use-by date; corrected, wings were discarded. Food facility has an employee that has taken food safety training program; however, the food safety program was not an ANSI/CFP-accredited certified food manager program. A working containers of paint cans are stored on the same cabinet with food and bar liquids and/or single-service articles near the bathroom area. The light intensity in the walk-in cooler/dry storage area is not at least 10-foot candles.
