GALLIPOLIS, Ohio (WV News) – The annual Fly-In & Car Show will return this summer to the Gallia-Meigs Regional Airport, bringing with it some major star power in the form of iconic vehicles from Hollywood films.
Two classic Dodge muscle cars, a Charger and a Challenger, featured in director Quentin Tarantino’s 2007 film Death Proof will be on display. The cult-favorite movie, which starred Kurt Russell, served as Tarantino’s homage to the “Grindhouse” film sub-genre popularized in the 1970s.
