Car show on Public Square in downtown Wilkes-Barre returns Friday

Cruzin’ the Square Car Show will return to Public Square in Wilkes-Barre from 6 to 9 p.m. on Friday.

The car show will continue the last Friday of each month through October on the dates of May 30, June 27, July 25, Aug. 29, Sept. 26, and Oct. 31.

Participating vehicles will park diagonally in the parking spots around Public Square and in between the concrete planters around the Square.

Mayor George C. Brown’s Office stresses that there is no parking allowed in the middle of Public Square or in the stage area. Parking is forbidden in the middle of the square or in the stage area.
