The WCSD team finished the regular season in first place at 9-1 in the Erie Premier Sports Winter Indoor Youth League at Pennbriar Sports and Fitness Complex in Erie. Despite losing to the Millcreek Trojans in the fifth/sixth-grade boys gold division regular season, WCSD prevailed in the playoffs to advance to the league championship game. However, the boys came up short in the final to Girard.
