ROBERTSDALE, Ala. (WALA) – Many children headed to Garrett Park this morning to take part in the city of Robertsdale’s community Easter egg hunt.
The kids got to enjoy some sweet treats and even got to meet the Easter Bunny. They then set out on the hunt for hundreds of eggs scattered around the park.
FOX10 spoke with one participant who she was very grateful for the opportunity.
“Hey, everybody, my name is Mercy Vender and I just wanted to say thank you to the city of Robertsdale and Three Circle Church for putting such a wonderful Easter event on for all the little kids and Happy Good Friday,” Mercy said.
