Saginaw church holds food drive ahead of Easter

SAGINAW, Mich. (WNEM) – A mid-Michigan church is feeding local families in need ahead of the Easter holiday.

Dozens in the Saginaw community lined up outside Victorious Believers Ministries to stock up on nutritional food.

Volunteers said it’s important to help the community during the holidays.

“These days, there are a lot of people who don’t have things, and you know, our world is changing,” said Vicki Hill, a volunteer. “We are trying to fill that need. We are here to serve you.”

Victorious Believers Ministries will also hold an indoor Easter egg hunt following their Easter Sunday church service.
