Oblivion Remake Images Surface On Virtuos Games Website

Although there hasn’t been an official announcement regarding The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion remake, a leaked internal document from Bethesda dating back to 2020 suggested that the project was in the works. Additionally, rumors have hinted that the beloved 2006 RPG would be getting a remake in Unreal Engine 5, with Virtuos Studios, also working on Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, leading development.

Now, it’s pretty much official. As spotted by Reddit user Taurnil, Virtuos Games accidentally uploaded several screenshots to its website, giving us a first glimpse at the revamped version of Oblivion. Interestingly, it’s referred to as a “remaster,” and the images appear to include PS5 logos, suggesting the remake won’t be an Xbox exclusive.
