Interfaith Food Ministry Invites Client Families to Easter Community Meals

Grass Valley, CA – Interfaith Food Ministry (IFM), recently voted Best Nonprofit in Nevada County, is excited to invite our client families to one of our Easter Community Meals! We’ll be hosting three special dinners in partnership with local churches, and we’d love to celebrate the season with you over a warm meal and good company.

IFM Salad Bar Event

Choose ONE date and location:

  • Friday, April 18 at 6:00 PM – Truth Worship Center (1784 Ridge Rd)
  • Tuesday, April 22 at 6:00 PM – Peace Lutheran Church (828 W Main St)
  • Wednesday, April 23 at 6:00 PM – Emmanuel Episcopal Church (235 S Church St)

Reservations are required and will close 48 hours before each meal. Space is limited—be sure to RSVP early!

How to RSVP:

  1. Go to https://portal.soxbox.co/pantry/interfaith-food-ministry (the same link used for food pickup).
  2. Sign in and check the “Easter” box.
  3. Select ONE meal location and click Continue.
  4. Choose your preferred meal: Ham or Turkey.
  5. In the “Notes” section, write the total number of people in your family.
  6. Click “Make Reservation” to submit.

Important: Your RSVP is a request, not a confirmation. Reservations will be marked “Approved” once confirmed. You will not receive a notification—please sign back into your account at least 48 hours before the event to check your status.

“We know how much it means for families to come together and feel cared for during the holidays,” said Phil Alonso, Executive Director of IFM. “These Easter dinners are our way of saying thank you to our clients and building community together in a joyful, welcoming space.”
