The Brit Bakehouse gets its own food truck

SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The pop-up restaurant The Britt Bakehouse is getting its own food truck, adding to Shreveport-Bossier’s impressive list of food trucks.

On April 10, resin and hot sauce artist Chang Liu once again hosted a soft opening for The Brit Bakehouse, and Arklatex Artistry’s Brittney Hazelton checked it out. Influencers, artists, podcasters, and other local figures gathered to enjoy the menu from the new food truck.

“The tomato and grill cheese combo was perfect, the sourdough bread was delicious. I look forward to having their food again in the future,” says article author, Brittney Hazelton.

  • Grilled cheese
  • Spicy grilled cheese
  • The above with bacon added
  • BLT
  • Fried tomato sandwich
  • Their famous tomato soup, Lava soup, and potentially another soup option.
