SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) – The pop-up restaurant The Britt Bakehouse is getting its own food truck, adding to Shreveport-Bossier’s impressive list of food trucks.
On April 10, resin and hot sauce artist Chang Liu once again hosted a soft opening for The Brit Bakehouse, and Arklatex Artistry’s Brittney Hazelton checked it out. Influencers, artists, podcasters, and other local figures gathered to enjoy the menu from the new food truck.
“The tomato and grill cheese combo was perfect, the sourdough bread was delicious. I look forward to having their food again in the future,” says article author, Brittney Hazelton.

- Their famous tomato soup, Lava soup, and potentially another soup option.
The Brit Bakehouse describes itself as a destination for delicious British-baked sourdough goods in Louisiana. Owned by a proud British mother and her Army veteran husband, the bakery blends British baking traditions with heartfelt dedication.
