MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) – On Saturday evening, a shooting took place at Tom Lee Park during the Food Truck & Culture Festival, police say.
The Memphis Police Department responded to shots fired at 6:46 at Riverside Drive near Beale Street.
When arriving on the scene, officers found the victim dead on the scene.
The victim is approximately 15-18 years old, according to MPD.
MPD says the suspect was wearing a black ski mask.
Police are still investigating the incident.
