
ROCKFORD, Ill. (WIFR) – The whole family is invited to Camp Winnebago for an egg hunt and other Easter activities.

Gates open at 11:30 a.m. April 12, at 5804 N. Main Street in Rockford. Thousands of eggs are ready to be found, filled with candy and prizes. A golden egg is also hidden, with a special prize inside.
The egg hunts take place in waves for different age groups:
- 5 years and younger: noon, 1 p.m., 2 p.m.
- 6-9 years old: 12:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m., 2:15 p.m.
- 10 years or older: 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m.
Participants must bring their own basket or bag to collect eggs.
The event also includes other Easter activities, games and crafts.
