NASCAR driver Ty Dillon spreads cheer to kids at Niswonger Children’s Hospital visit

NASCAR Cup Series Driver Ty Dillon paid a visit to the Niswonger Children’s Hospital in Johnson City to spread love and joy to kids.

Dillon visited kids on Thursday in the St. Jude Children’s Clinic and other kids in the hospital. He handed out stuffed animals, toys and signed baseballs and hats.

This is always something that is so special for me to get to do first of all, so much appreciation, said NASCAR Cup Series Driver Ty Dillon.

This is Dillon’s 4th hospital visit in his career and he said he wants to continue making a difference in children’s lives.

I just love seeing the smiles on these kids faces and we get to have a little bit of fun or joke around or maybe bring them gifts because you know that they’re going through a time in their life that is stressful and making a deep impact and you’re hoping that you can bring just a light of joy and usually you leave being uplifted by these kids cause they’re so strong and doing amazing things fighting for what they’re going through, said Dillon.

Ty Dillon told me that Bristol’s race track is one of his all time favorites and that he is looking forward to this upcoming weekend.
