Chicago City Council finance committee votes on 2 major settlements Friday

The Chicago City Council Finance Committee will vote on two major settlements Friday, both involving Chicago police. The first is for the killing of Dexter Reed, and the second for a chase that injured a St. Louis man on the Mag Mile while he was visiting the city.
