ERLANGER, Ky. (WKRC) – You can lend a helping hand to those in need after the flooding in Northern Kentucky.
Just bring canned or pre-packaged food to any of Saint Vincent de Paul Northern Kentucky’s four locations during normal operating hours.
The non-profit says the most helpful items right now are peanut butter, jelly, canned fruit, canned beans, crackers, cereals, granola, and protein bars. Bottled water is also needed.
Program director Becca Gerding says thankfully, its location in Falmouth was not damaged by flooding and is available as a resource for those who need it.
“Pendleton County residents can visit our Falmouth food pantry, and if someone is impacted up here, we have pantries in Cold Spring and Erlanger people can visit to receive food,” said Gerding.
Right now, there is no end date to the food drive.
You can drop-off items at the non-profit’s Falmouth, Cold Spring, Erlanger, or Florence locations from 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Sunday.
