Northside Food Co-op to give details on project pause, share progress at Community Meeting

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Northside Food Co-op will be holding a community meeting this weekend.

According to the organization, the meeting is being held to clarify what the pause on their grocery store project means, share progress updates since November of 2024, and gather community feedback.

The Northside Food Co-op previously announced the pause on construction of their grocery store in March.

The meeting is set to take place on Saturday, April 12, at Dreams of Wilmington starting at 12 p.m.
