For the third consecutive year, Planet Rock has drafted in a raft of eminent rock stars to design exclusive T-shirts raising money for our official charity Cash for Kids.
Cash for Kids is a grant-giving charity supporting young children and young people affected by poverty, abuse, neglect, life-limiting illness and those who have additional needs.
To mark our annual fundraising Cash for Kids Day on Thursday 1st May 2025, which this year is fighting holiday hunger, FIVE big-name rockers have designed exclusive limited-edition T-shirts to help raise vital funds.
They are Def Leppard frontman and Planet Rock presenter Joe Elliott, Jethro Tull legend Ian Anderson, Guns N’ Roses bassist Duff McKagan and his wife and Three Chords and the Truth co-presenter Susan Holmes McKagan, Lancaster rock n’ roll live wires Massive Wagons, and Bridgend rock powerhouses Those Damn Crows.
All five limited-edition T-shirts cost £25 plus postage and packaging. They’re only available to purchase through the Planet Rock store RIGHT HERE from today (8th April) to the end of Cash for Kids Day at 11.59pm on Thursday 1st May 2025.
The T-shirts will be shipped in late May, and all profit from sales will go directly to Cash for Kids.

In 2023, Judas Priest frontman Rob Halford, Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood and esteemed album artwork artist Rodney Matthews all created exclusive T-shirts for Cash for Kids Day.
Then last year, T-shirts designed by Halestorm’s Lzzy Hale, Thin Lizzy legend Scott Gorham and Terrorvision’s Tony Wright all went on sale for a limited time only.
On this year’s Cash for Kids Day, we’re fighting Holiday Hunger.
For some children their school dinner is the only proper meal of the day. During the holidays struggling families simply can’t afford enough food, so they’re going hungry with some parents even eating nothing to provide for their children.
We want to make sure these children have enough to eat. Money raised for Cash for Kids Day will help reach out, with fun activities and that important meal during the holidays.
