There are so many big questions circling through the season, as the new boys struggle, giants aim to kick on and the newly-expanded Champions League format has cause plenty of issues in terms of balancing squads.
Who will win the Premier League title?
We revealed our picks in the link below, when it seemed clear that Manchester City, Liverpool, and Arsenal would be a cut above the rest. Whoops (so far) on the City front. Nottingham Forest is well past them and not far from second-place Arsenal.
Chelsea are back — relatively speaking — and now Newcastle United, Brighton, Fulham and Aston Villa are in the mix of a convoluted and hard-to-predict top-four fight. And fifth place might also qualify a club for the 2025-26 UEFA Champions League.

There are plenty of other storylines. Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United had been stop-start in their bids to finish in the European places. Right now? Both are still very much stalled deep in the bottom half of the table.
Who will be relegated?
The three new boys — Leicester City, Ipswich Town, and Southampton — were the favorites to be relegated and have spent most of the season as the bottom three.
Now it’s looking close to done and dusted. Southampton have been relegated, while Wolves are well clear of Leicester and Ipswich.
Wolves had been languishing near the bottom three but are now 12 points clear of the bottom three, joining others like Everton, West Ham, and Crystal Palace in pulling away from the fray.
