It was a busy week at City Hall – from Mayor Eric Adams’ case officially being dismissed, to his announcement that he’s running for reelection as an independent. All of that unfolding as the City Council unveiled its version of the budget — outlining their priorities for where the money needs to go for the future of the boroughs.
