Local knitters host inaugural Knit-A-Thon to fight food insecurity across West Virginia

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (WV News) — Local knitters gathered Saturday at the West Virginia Ascend building in Morgantown to help raise awareness about food insecurity across the state.

The Knit for Food Knit-A-Thon is a national event, according to Chelle Adams, coordinator for the Knit for Food Knit-A-Thon.
