THE PENGUIN LESSONS is a sweet, smart, feel good comedy/drama, starring Steve Coogan as a prep school teacher who rescues a penguin from an oil slick and gets stuck taking care of it. The touching and funny story is based on the real life of a world weary English teacher who showed up for a job in Argentina right when a military coup was starting in 1976. Coogan is terrific as a cynical man whose life and character are transformed by an animal he originally wanted nothing to do with. (Kahala Mall)
