SURPRISE, AZ (AZFamily) — If you’re in the West Valley, you can cruise for a good cause!
The Autism Awareness Cruisin’ Car Show is rolling into Surprise for its fifth year, hosted by TEAM 4 Kids Pediatric Therapy. The car show serves as a charity event where all proceeds will benefit T4K Cares, a nonprofit which provides financial aid to families needing therapy services.
Victor and Janine Badoino developed the idea of a car show because of their personal connection with the autism community. Their 11year-old son, Lorenzo, has been attending Team 4 Kids therapy for several years. When the couple saw other families struggling to pay for services, they stepped in to help.
Families can enjoy the car show for free! There will be live entertainment, bounce houses, games, food trucks, cool cars, raffle prizes and more.
If you want to feature your car in the show, it’s also FREE! Drivers can begin arriving at 3:30 p.m. to secure their spot. No pre-registration is needed.
The event will take place at Surprise Stadium, located near Bullard Avenue and Greenway Road, from 5-9 p.m. on Friday.
